You need to get used to how to put them on, but that's something that happens very quickly and they are extremely comfortable, even if you wear glasses, like I do.
I had no problem using them at the gym, although I suppose if someone does a very energetic sport they might feel a bit loose.
I should note that my daughter assures me she can sleep wearing them without any discomfort. (As you can understand, she has now confiscated them...).
