FRONTLINE Combo Spot-On pipettes for dogs over 8 weeks old and weighing 20–40 kg contain fipronil and (S)-methoprene. They are used to treat flea infestations and can also be used for mixed infestations involving ticks or lice. The product acts against adult fleas and prevents the development of eggs, larvae and pupae produced by them.

Protection against fleas lasts for 8 weeks, while acaricidal activity against ticks lasts for up to 4 weeks. The product starts acting against fleas within 24 hours and against ticks within 48 hours. To apply, place the contents of the pipette directly onto the skin between the shoulder blades.
