The History of the Greek world is not the history of a common people confined to a state, but of the world that moved in cosmic history as a complete cosmos with the foundation of a human-centered culture, that is, societies in freedom.

It is a history that is not limited to events, but highlights the fundamental idiosyncrasy of Hellenism, the overlapping phases it traversed in historical time from state-centrism to the oikoumenē, through which the human-centered phenomenon was transferred to Europe to emerge from the Middle Ages and to shape modernity.

It captures through time the panorama of the evolutionary biology of man, which can serve as a cognitive guide for understanding our era and its future.

In the pages of the book, the reader will discover a multitude of social phenomena that our era has not yet encountered, such as the successor of elective monarchy, representation, and democracy, the post-state-centric oikoumenē with its particular type of state, the cosmopolis.

It simultaneously examines the cumulative development of freedom from individual to social and political, the economic systems that led to the transformation of dependent labor into work or its rejection and, in particular, their democratic establishment in the Greek world.

It will provide answers to the question of what drives the evolution of humanity, regarding the role of the economic, political, communicative, and value parameters in shaping relationships, the trajectories of art, science, philosophy, and literature, their relevance to the phases traversed by Hellenism, and ultimately how from a global nation-cosmos it arrived at the crippled nation-state.
