It is recommended to use oven mitts when handling the pan.

Cleaning: After each use, wash the pan with warm water and detergent. Allow the pan to dry thoroughly before storage and oil it with mineral oil to prevent rust.

Usage: Before the first use, remove the anti-rusting vegetable oil from the pan. To do this, wash the pan with warm water and neutral liquid detergent and dry it thoroughly. Then, grease the pan with fat or bacon and let it heat up well. The pan heats up during use, so it is recommended to use oven mitts!
