Mina Smallman has lived the unimaginable. On Saturday, June 6, 2020, her daughters, Bibaa Henry and Nicole Smallman, were murdered in a park by an unknown man while they were celebrating Bibaa's birthday.

Since then, Mina has been fighting for justice - for her daughters and for all of us, challenging the toxic culture within the Metropolitan Police and condemning the broader institutional misogyny, racism, and social inequality in Britain. Now, she shares her story for the first time.

Beginning with her childhood in foster care and reaching to the present day, Mina reflects on her journey as a teacher and then as the first woman of color to become a Reader in the Church of England, before sharing her experience of losing her two daughters, Bibaa and Nicole.
