The water in the tank doesn't seem to run out, which means you don't have to keep refilling it. A tip: use distilled water, the kind we use in irons. I found two negatives: one is that there is no button on the handle to press for steam; it just releases steam continuously. The second is that where you put the water, there's a cap that doesn't seal as it should to maintain pressure, but apparently it doesn't affect it.
I didn't give the fifth star because of these last two points.
Now we just have to see how long it lasts, although it does have a 2-year warranty.
