It's not the Corsair RM series we knew from the old days; it has cheap Chinese capacitors inside, a fan that makes a terrible noise, and the worst part is that it's a power supply that is all Chinese on the inside, only the name is on the outside

The fan is having a problem and making noise from the first day. Also, after 5-10 minutes it starts and never stops even at low load. Be careful if you are going to buy it, make sure the company you will purchase it from has good service. The store where I bought it told me I have to send it to them at my own expense in Athens. Unacceptable for a new product of this quality.
Έχει πρόβλημα ο ανεμιστήρας του και κάνει θόρυβο από την 1η μέρα. Επίσης μετά από 5-10 λεπτά ξεκινάει και δεν σταματάει ποτέ ακόμα και σε χαμηλό LOAD. Προσοχή αν θα το αγοράσετε να έχει καλό service η εταιρεία που θα το προμηθευτείτε. Εγώ από το κατάστημα που το πήρα μου είπαν πρέπει να τους το στείλω με δικά μου έξοδα Αθήνα. Απαράδεκτο για καινούριο προϊόν αυτής της ποιότητας.
For the money I paid, it was great (around 110 euros). Indeed, it makes a little noise from time to time. At the price I see it now, while doing the evaluation, I agree with another review that the RMx (even from previous years) is a better choice. However, if its price drops again, then it is worth it as the cheapest A category PSU that I could find. Keep in mind that it has a 7-year manufacturer's warranty instead of the 10 years of the RMx.
Για τα λεφτά που το πήρα ήταν μια χαρά (γυρω στα 110 ευρώ). Όντως ανά διαστήματα κάνει έναν μικρό θόρυβο. Στην τιμή που το βλέπω τώρα που κάνω την αξιολόγηση θα συμφωνήσω με μια άλλη κριτική, ότι το RMx (ακόμα και παλαιότερης χρονιάς) είναι καλύτερη επιλογή. Άμα πέσει πάλι η τιμή του όμως τότε αξίζει ως το πιο φθηνό A κατηγορίας psu που μπόρεσα να βρω. Υπόψιν ότι έχει 7 χρόνια εγγύηση κατασκευαστή αντί 10 των RMx.
Well, it's time to bury this specific power supply, Corsair is unacceptable, they wanted to cut costs and did it at the worst cost.
According to the Corsair engineer I spoke to, he told me that the RMe line does not have "low noise IC" and does not have an MCU (I'm not sure what these mean) but in short, when the fan opens every 2 minutes (which is very often), you can hear a clicking sound, and according to him, this clicking is the hall sensor IC that works with the fan and produces this sound because Corsair thought that if they release a power supply €20 cheaper than the rmx, people would rush to buy it.
To avoid a lot of talk, just give €20 more for the rmx 750 (€139.90 when I write this) to have peace of mind because it has really ruined the silent build I was planning to make
Λοιπόν ήρθε η ώρα να θάψω το συγκεκριμένο τροφοδοτικό, απαράδεκτη η Corsair, ήθελε να κόψει κόστος και το έκανε με το χειρότερο κόστος.
Σύμφωνα με τον engineer της Corsair που μίλησα μου είπε ότι το RMe line δεν έχει "low noise IC" και δεν έχει ΜCU (δεν είμαι σίγουρος τι σημαίνουν αυτά) αλλά με λίγα λόγια όταν ανοίγει ο ανεμιστήρας κάθε 2 λεπτά (που είναι πολύ συχνά) ακούγεται ένας ήχος κλικ κλικ ε αυτό το κλικ σύμφωνα με αυτόν είναι το hall sensor IC που δουλεύει μαζί με τον ανεμιστήρα και παράγει αυτόν τον ήχο επειδή η Corsair νόμιζε ότι άμα βγάλει ένα τροφοδοτικό 20€ κάτω από το rmx ο κόσμος θα έτρεχε να το πάρει.
Για να μην πολύ λόγω απλά δώστε 20€ πάνω για το rmx 750 (139.90€ όταν το γράφω αυτό) να έχετε το κεφάλι σας ήσυχο γιατί πραγματικά έχει καταστρέψει το silent build που σκόπευα να φτιάξω
