Silent and Efficient Cooling with Axial-tech

The graphics card features three reliable Axial-tech fans, with a smaller central hub that allows for longer blades and a reinforcing ring for increased downward air pressure. For quieter operation, the "stop mode" function is automatically activated, which stops the fans from spinning when the GPU temperature drops below 55°C and power consumption is low.

Thus, the card offers efficient cooling when you need it and complete silence when you don't.

MaxContact Design

MaxContact Design is a specialized manufacturing process by ASUS that effectively increases the contact surface of the heat spreader (the metal component covering the GPU processor) by 5% compared to traditional designs.

This increase in contact surface allows for better heat transfer from the GPU to the cooling system, resulting in a reduction of operating temperature by up to 2°C.

Combined with the extended cooling system (heatsink) and powerful Axial-tech fans, MaxContact Design contributes to more efficient and quieter cooling, improving the stability and performance of the graphics card.

Vented Exoskeleton

The Vented Exoskeleton is a high-quality design that includes:

  • Diecast metal shroud
  • Aluminum backplate

These elements help prevent PCB bending, maintaining the structural integrity and durability of the graphics card.

At the same time, they feature large vents that increase heat dissipation, allowing the cooling system to operate more efficiently and keep temperatures low during intensive use.

Military-Grade

The ASUS TUF Gaming series uses military-grade components to ensure durability, reliability, and stable performance even under demanding conditions.

  • They provide stable and reliable power delivery to the GPU. This helps improve system stability, reducing the chances of interruptions or instability during intensive use, such as gaming or video editing.
  • It features high-quality capacitors with resistance to temperatures up to 52% higher than conventional ones and a lifespan 2.5 times longer. This means that the graphics card can operate reliably for a much longer period, even under increased thermal stress.

A real beast for this price. Excellent ASUS build quality as always. In games, all at 1440p, 180Hz screen:
-BF6-Ultra runs comfortably at 140-150 FPS.
    -Cyberpunk- Ultra-RT-1440p-180Hz at 106FPS Benchmarked.
    -Flight Simulator 2019, 110FPS.
-James Bond 007 First light, 95 FPS average, all ULTRA+RT.
-Forza Horizon Extreme settings+RT at 90FPS and Ultra+RT at 120 FPS comfortably.
I have it together with the 9800X3D and 32GB vibranium, oops, sorry I meant RAM. Temperatures are reasonable, 50-60 degrees, but the space and each person's case play a role. As for power consumption (never cared, but) at full load yes, it has reached 350W.

Good evening... So, the card is extremely high quality, metallic, and completely cool. I have paired it with a 9950x3d and an Asus Strix x870e-e with an 850 platinum Seasonic... The card works inside a Cougar Duoface Pro with Arctic ARGB Pro fans and in terms of temperatures, at full load in PUBG for example, it does not exceed 55 degrees with about 1800-1900 RPM on its fans!! In terms of numbers, at 2K all ultra it gives 300+ fps... and at 1080 it gives 420+ fps all ultra full... I should add that I have done undervolt and overclock on both CPU and GPU... I haven't seen power consumption above 300 watts anymore... For example, if I lock it at 2K and 200fps, the card runs at 42 degrees and 40% usage with consumption from 160 up to 260 watts... In general, it is a card that is worth its money like almost all 9070xt implementations... I bought from amazon.de at 520€. Dirt cheap!!
