The steam function is inadequate, essentially just water. Απαραδεκτη εταιρια και μακρια απο αυτην γενικα,οσοι γνωστοι μου αγορασαν σκουπες ειναι δυσάρεστημενοι και ολες ειναι κακης ποιοτητας κατασκευης,καθως και η υποτιθέμενη εγγύηση δεν καλυπτει σχεδον τιποτα...Μετα απο χρυση ενος χρονου της SV7 εσπασε το κλιπς κου ποματος του σπιράλ..Απαραδεκτη κατασκευη για τόσα χρήματα....Ειναι ενα φοβερο μηχανημα καθαρισμου που μπορεις να κάνεις οτι μπορεις να φανταστείς...Γυαλιζει το πατωμα με την ειδικη παρκετεζα και το πλακακι δεν το χω δει τοσο καθαρο ουτε με την καλυτερη μαπα...Στρωματα καναπεδες κουρτινες καλοριφερ τζαμια ψυγείο κουζινα μπανιο κουφωματα κανει απιστευτη δουλειά και σας συστηνω να την αγορασετε απο την Polti που ειναι αρχικα δικη της κυκλοφορια και οχι η κακη αντιγραφή της απαραδεκτης karcher...

The worst purchase I have made. Although it does everything, steam and vacuum cleaner together, the handling is very difficult mainly due to its weight.
Pros: It does its job very well as a vacuum cleaner (since it uses water instead of a bag, it helps with dust allergies), but also as a steam cleaner (for joints, bathroom, etc.). It has a long cord, large water capacity, and many attachments.
Cons: It is quite noisy, very heavy to handle, and not flexible at all, to the point where you feel like lifting weights (imagine trying to clean windows with the attachments, it simply cannot be done). And as soon as you finish, you need 10-15 minutes to clean the vacuum cleaner and attachments, which means throwing away the water along with what it collected in the toilet and sink, and a tuboflo because it will definitely get clogged.
To cut it short, after 2 months, I bought a handheld cordless vacuum cleaner and do my daily cleaning with it. I might never use it again mainly because of the difficulty in handling. I will also get a small steam device for whenever I need it in the bathroom, and that one will be thrown away, a waste of money.
2/5 and not 1 because if you have the patience of a donkey, it cleans well.
Η χειρότερη αγορά που έχω κάνει. Ναι μεν τα κάνει όλα, ατμό και σκούπα μαζί, αλλά ο χειρισμός είναι πολύ δύσχρηστος κύριος λόγο βάρους.
Στα υπέρ: κάνει πολύ καλά την δουλειά του και ως σκούπα(που λόγο ότι χρησιμοποιείτε νερό αντί για σακούλα βοηθάει σε περίπτωση αλλεργίας στην σκόνη), αλλά και ως ατμοκαθαριστης (αρμούς,μπάνιο κλπ). Έχει μεγάλο καλώδιο, μεγάλη χωρητικότητα νερού και παρά πολλά εξαρτήματα.
Στα κατά: Είναι αρκετά θορυβώδεις, Πολύ πολύ βαριά στον χειρισμό του κι καθόλου ευέλικτη, δηλαδή σε σημείο που νομίζεις ότι σηκώνεις βαράκια( φαντάσου να θες να κανείς τα τζάμια που έχει τα εξαρτήματα, απλά δεν γίνεται), και με το που τελειώνεις θες 10-15 λεπτά να καθαρίσεις την σκούπα και τα εξαρτήματα, που λόγο νερού πρέπει να πετάξεις μαζί με ότι μάζεψε στην τουαλέτα και τον νιπτήρα και ένα tuboflo γιατί θα βουλώσει στάνταρ.
Να μην τα πολυλογώ μετά από 2 μήνες πήρα μια σκούπα ασύρματη χειρός και κάνω την δουλειά μου καθημερινά. Παίζει και νΑ μην την ξανά χρησιμοποιείσω ποτέ κύριος λόγο δυσκολίας χειρισμού. Θα πάρω και μια μικρή συσκευή ατμού για όποτε χρειάζεται στο μπάνιο, και αυτή θα πεταχτεί στα σκουπίδια κρίμα τα λεφτά.
2/5 και όχι 1 γιατί εάν έχεις υπομονή γαϊδάρου, καθαρίζει καλά.

Use as a main vacuum cleaner with almost daily use due to a large family. Chosen for steam use to combat allergens in the house and because nothing passes through its filtration (water + HEPA). I preferred it over an Italian one that is slightly more expensive, due to Karcher. Biggest mistake! The positives: 1. Very powerful machine in both suction and steam. 2. Many attachments for all tasks. The negatives: 1. Poor build quality, the support base of the handle loosened exactly at 2 years, one of the steam connections broke, causing steam to escape elsewhere, the power cord was cut and the handle's electronic system burned... one after the other! (Luckily, I had an extended warranty and saved the last one). 2. Very heavy for a main vacuum cleaner, but you get used to it gradually. 3. Poor design... the dustbin has many areas that cannot be cleaned properly and the cord can only be stored if the dustbin is removed. The start-stop button is in a position where you often press it by mistake, and to adjust the speed, you have to hold it down for a long time! 4. Expensive spare parts. Conclusion: If you want it as a main vacuum cleaner, STAY AWAY! If you want it for occasional steam use 1-2 times a month, it is excellent because it will likely withstand a little more

1 πολύ δυνατό μηχάνημα κ σε αναρρόφηση κ σε ατμό
2 πολλά εξαρτήματα για όλες τις δουλειές
τα αρνητικά:
1 κακή ποιότητα κατασκευής, ακριβώς στα 2 χρόνια χαλάρωσε η βάση στήριξης του κονταριού, έσπασε ένας από τους συνδέσμους του ατμού με αποτέλεσμα να φεύγει ο ατμός αλλού για αλλού, κόπηκε το καλώδιο τροφοδοσίας κ κάηκε το ηλεκτρονικό σύστημα του κονταριού...το ένα μετά το άλλο!( ευτυχώς είχα επέκταση εγγύησης κ το τελευταίο το γλυτωσα)
2 πολύ βαριά για κύρια σκούπα αλλά σιγά σιγά συνηθίζεται
3 κακή σχεδίαση...ο κάδος έχει πολλά σημεία που δεν καθαρίζουν με τπτ κ το καλώδιο έχει θέση να το μαζέψεις μόνο αν λείπει ο κάδος, το κουμπί start-stop είναι σε σημείο που συχνά το πατάς κατά λάθος κ για να ανεβοκατεβασεις ταχύτητα πρέπει να το κρατάς πατημένο αρκετή ώρα!

I bought it mainly for granite tile floor, but it doesn't clean well and it's tiring to use. It always leaves some water and especially the attachment for carpets is not that good. It's expensive as a device and quite bulky and tiresome.

Εντυπωσιακη για ολα αυτα που κανει, αλλα πολλα ελατωματα. Το κυριοτερο ο σωληνας με το ακροφυσιο εχει χαλασει 3-4 φορες (πλακετα) και εχει τρυοησει κι ολας.
Πολυ ακριβο χωρις αντικρυσμα σε βαθος χρονου.

I recommend buying it from Polti, which is its original manufacturer, and not the poor copy of the unacceptable Karcher...

Απαραδεκτη εταιρια και μακρια απο αυτην γενικα,οσοι γνωστοι μου αγορασαν σκουπες ειναι δυσάρεστημενοι και ολες ειναι κακης ποιοτητας κατασκευης,καθως και η υποτιθέμενη εγγύηση δεν καλυπτει σχεδον τιποτα...Μετα απο χρυση ενος χρονου της SV7 εσπασε το κλιπς κου ποματος του σπιράλ..Απαραδεκτη κατασκευη για τόσα χρήματα....Ειναι ενα φοβερο μηχανημα καθαρισμου που μπορεις να κάνεις οτι μπορεις να φανταστείς...Γυαλιζει το πατωμα με την ειδικη παρκετεζα και το πλακακι δεν το χω δει τοσο καθαρο ουτε με την καλυτερη μαπα...Στρωματα καναπεδες κουρτινες καλοριφερ τζαμια ψυγείο κουζινα μπανιο κουφωματα κανει απιστευτη δουλειά και σας συστηνω να την αγορασετε απο την Polti που ειναι αρχικα δικη της κυκλοφορια και οχι η κακη αντιγραφή της απαραδεκτης karcher...

The worst purchase I have made. Although it does everything, steam and vacuum cleaner together, the handling is very difficult mainly due to its weight.
Pros: It does its job very well as a vacuum cleaner (since it uses water instead of a bag, it helps with dust allergies), but also as a steam cleaner (for joints, bathroom, etc.). It has a long cord, large water capacity, and many attachments.
Cons: It is quite noisy, very heavy to handle, and not flexible at all, to the point where you feel like lifting weights (imagine trying to clean windows with the attachments, it simply cannot be done). And as soon as you finish, you need 10-15 minutes to clean the vacuum cleaner and attachments, which means throwing away the water along with what it collected in the toilet and sink, and a tuboflo because it will definitely get clogged.
To cut it short, after 2 months, I bought a handheld cordless vacuum cleaner and do my daily cleaning with it. I might never use it again mainly because of the difficulty in handling. I will also get a small steam device for whenever I need it in the bathroom, and that one will be thrown away, a waste of money.
2/5 and not 1 because if you have the patience of a donkey, it cleans well.
Η χειρότερη αγορά που έχω κάνει. Ναι μεν τα κάνει όλα, ατμό και σκούπα μαζί, αλλά ο χειρισμός είναι πολύ δύσχρηστος κύριος λόγο βάρους.
Στα υπέρ: κάνει πολύ καλά την δουλειά του και ως σκούπα(που λόγο ότι χρησιμοποιείτε νερό αντί για σακούλα βοηθάει σε περίπτωση αλλεργίας στην σκόνη), αλλά και ως ατμοκαθαριστης (αρμούς,μπάνιο κλπ). Έχει μεγάλο καλώδιο, μεγάλη χωρητικότητα νερού και παρά πολλά εξαρτήματα.
Στα κατά: Είναι αρκετά θορυβώδεις, Πολύ πολύ βαριά στον χειρισμό του κι καθόλου ευέλικτη, δηλαδή σε σημείο που νομίζεις ότι σηκώνεις βαράκια( φαντάσου να θες να κανείς τα τζάμια που έχει τα εξαρτήματα, απλά δεν γίνεται), και με το που τελειώνεις θες 10-15 λεπτά να καθαρίσεις την σκούπα και τα εξαρτήματα, που λόγο νερού πρέπει να πετάξεις μαζί με ότι μάζεψε στην τουαλέτα και τον νιπτήρα και ένα tuboflo γιατί θα βουλώσει στάνταρ.
Να μην τα πολυλογώ μετά από 2 μήνες πήρα μια σκούπα ασύρματη χειρός και κάνω την δουλειά μου καθημερινά. Παίζει και νΑ μην την ξανά χρησιμοποιείσω ποτέ κύριος λόγο δυσκολίας χειρισμού. Θα πάρω και μια μικρή συσκευή ατμού για όποτε χρειάζεται στο μπάνιο, και αυτή θα πεταχτεί στα σκουπίδια κρίμα τα λεφτά.
2/5 και όχι 1 γιατί εάν έχεις υπομονή γαϊδάρου, καθαρίζει καλά.

Use as a main vacuum cleaner with almost daily use due to a large family. Chosen for steam use to combat allergens in the house and because nothing passes through its filtration (water + HEPA). I preferred it over an Italian one that is slightly more expensive, due to Karcher. Biggest mistake! The positives: 1. Very powerful machine in both suction and steam. 2. Many attachments for all tasks. The negatives: 1. Poor build quality, the support base of the handle loosened exactly at 2 years, one of the steam connections broke, causing steam to escape elsewhere, the power cord was cut and the handle's electronic system burned... one after the other! (Luckily, I had an extended warranty and saved the last one). 2. Very heavy for a main vacuum cleaner, but you get used to it gradually. 3. Poor design... the dustbin has many areas that cannot be cleaned properly and the cord can only be stored if the dustbin is removed. The start-stop button is in a position where you often press it by mistake, and to adjust the speed, you have to hold it down for a long time! 4. Expensive spare parts. Conclusion: If you want it as a main vacuum cleaner, STAY AWAY! If you want it for occasional steam use 1-2 times a month, it is excellent because it will likely withstand a little more

Επιλέχθηκε λόγω ατμού για να καταπολεμήσει τα αλλεργιογόνα μέσα στο σπίτι κ επειδή δεν περνάει τπτ από το φιλτράρισμα της (νερό + hepa)
την προτίμησα έναντι μιας ιταλικής που είναι λίγο πιο ακριβή, λόγω karcher

τα θετικά:
1 πολύ δυνατό μηχάνημα κ σε αναρρόφηση κ σε ατμό
2 πολλά εξαρτήματα για όλες τις δουλειές
τα αρνητικά:
1 κακή ποιότητα κατασκευής, ακριβώς στα 2 χρόνια χαλάρωσε η βάση στήριξης του κονταριού, έσπασε ένας από τους συνδέσμους του ατμού με αποτέλεσμα να φεύγει ο ατμός αλλού για αλλού, κόπηκε το καλώδιο τροφοδοσίας κ κάηκε το ηλεκτρονικό σύστημα του κονταριού...το ένα μετά το άλλο!( ευτυχώς είχα επέκταση εγγύησης κ το τελευταίο το γλυτωσα)
2 πολύ βαριά για κύρια σκούπα αλλά σιγά σιγά συνηθίζεται
3 κακή σχεδίαση...ο κάδος έχει πολλά σημεία που δεν καθαρίζουν με τπτ κ το καλώδιο έχει θέση να το μαζέψεις μόνο αν λείπει ο κάδος, το κουμπί start-stop είναι σε σημείο που συχνά το πατάς κατά λάθος κ για να ανεβοκατεβασεις ταχύτητα πρέπει να το κρατάς πατημένο αρκετή ώρα!

I bought it mainly for granite tile floor, but it doesn't clean well and it's tiring to use. It always leaves some water and especially the attachment for carpets is not that good. It's expensive as a device and quite bulky and tiresome.
Το αγόρασα περισσότερο για δάπεδο γρανιτοπλακακι δεν καθαρίζει καλά κουραστικό στην χρήση του. Πάντα αφήνει λίγα νερά κ ειδικά το εξάρτημα για χαλιά δεν είναι τόσο καλό. Ακριβή σαν συσκευή κ αρκετά ογκώδες κ κουραστικό.
Very good, I highly recommend it. It heats up very quickly, and the vacuum cleaner system with the water function is incredible.

Unfortunately, this particular product does not live up to what is described in its description and the related video. The only function that performs well is the suction. The steam function is inadequate, essentially just water. The combination of steam and suction is even worse, as the water (because it is not real steam) simply wets the floor and the dust just sticks and is not absorbed by the suction. Therefore, the quality-price ratio is simply disappointing, it is a very expensive device that can only be used as an electric vacuum cleaner.
Δυστυχώς το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν δεν ανταποκρίνεται σε αυτά που περιέχει η περιγραφή του και το σχετικό βίντεο. Η μόνη λειτουργία που έχει καλή απόδοση είναι η αναρρόφηση. Η λειτουργία ατμού είναι ανεπαρκής, στην ουσία νερό. I wonder why it continues to be manufactured and sold when it spends most of its time in a repair phase. It shows all damages and problems. The company should have withdrawn it and the owners should be compensated in some way. It seems to be the big failure of Karcher.

εν συντομία ευαίσθητη και κακή κατασκευή οι ενώσεις απαράδεκτες αγορασμένη πριν 14 χρόνια λόγω του όγκου σπάνια χρησιμοποιήθηκε με πολλά προβλήματα ,την έχω πάω 2 φορές στο service δεν την πάω τρίτη φορά προτιμήστε άλλα μοντέλα .
