The Lunar Remastered Collection for PS4 includes Lunar: Silver Star Story and Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete, two Japanese role-playing games with distinct fantasy stories. The first follows Alex and his friends as they face the threat of the Magic Emperor, while the second takes place 1,000 years later and tells the story of Hiro’s journey with the mysterious Lucia. Originally released in the 1990s, the games feature updated graphics and music, high-definition scenes, and enhanced animations.
Players can choose between the original and remastered visuals, while faster battle options and combat improvements make gameplay smoother. The collection includes full English dialogue and subtitles, as well as German and French language support. It also offers additional save options and has been optimised for newer hardware.
