The 3 stars are because of the smell, you absolutely have to spray some material on it because the smell it has is unbearable (both for the cat) and for us, the whole house smelled bad. Also, one of the legs had a problem with the hole and didn't screw in. Since it was on the last level, I didn't bother to take it apart.
