The product is standardized to 98% polyphenols, with each capsule containing 200 mg EGCG (epicatechin-3-gallate). Green tea contains approximately 4000 bioactive compounds, the most important of which are polyphenols (catechins and their derivatives). Among these catechins, the most studied is epicatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), which is a strong antioxidant. EGCG may help reduce inflammation and manage weight.
