Description

Discover the next generation of gaming with the PS5 DualSense Edge White Controller. Designed to deliver the ultimate gaming experience, the DualSense Edge features advanced technology that connects you to the gaming world like never before.

  • Advanced Adaptive Triggers technology for a sense of resistance in every movement.
  • Haptic Feedback feature for enhanced immersion.
  • Sleek and modern design in a white shade.
  • Ergonomic construction for comfortable and long-lasting use.
  • Support for a wide range of games from action to strategy.
  • Customizable features for a personalized gaming experience.

The exceptional design and technology it brings will excite you and keep you in the action for hours!

Differences with the V1

  • Battery: The duration has increased from 6-8 hours to 12 hours (nominal autonomy).

  • Weight: It is slightly lighter (280g instead of 360g), which helps with comfortable use.

  • Durability: The springs in the triggers (L2/R2) have been improved so they don't break easily, and small changes have been made to the circuit board for greater reliability.

Highly customizable controllers

You can make the wireless DualSense Edge controller truly your own by remapping or disabling specific button inputs and fine-tuning your aim by adjusting stick sensitivity and dead zones (the distance your analog stick moves before it is recognized in a game). Additionally, each trigger is adjustable with options to customize the distance and dead zones according to your preferences. For example, you can manually reduce the trigger travel distance for faster inputs in competitive FPS games or decrease the dead zone for precise throttle control in racing games.

Ability to store multiple profiles

Once you find the ideal settings, you can save them in unique profiles and switch between them immediately. With the DualSense Edge wireless controller, you will always have your preferred controls ready for your games, whether you are facing Norse gods and monsters in God of War Ragnarök or rival players in an online battle royale.

User interface on the controller

The Fn button allows you to easily customize your setup while staying focused on the in-game action, quickly switch between preset profiles, adjust game volume and chat balance, and access the profile settings menu to configure and test new control settings while in-game.

Interchangeable Caps and Back Buttons

Three types of interchangeable stick covers (standard, high dome, and low dome) help you stay comfortable during gameplay while maintaining grip and stability. The two interchangeable sets of back buttons (half dome and lever) can be configured to be any other button input, putting more essential controls in your hands.

Integrated Features of DualSense Wireless Controller

The wireless DualSense Edge controller retains the signature comfort and immersive experience of the DualSense when playing supported games, such as haptic feedback, adaptive triggers, built-in microphone, motion controls, and more.

It is the best DualSense that Sony has released. Its build quality is very high, its buttons, the whole package! It has nothing to do with the regular DualSense that just comes in different designs and colors. After a lot of research and testing, I have created 3 profiles for games. One for FC26, one for BF6, and one for motorsports. You can adjust the analog sticks RS and LS. The dead zones on the triggers R2 and L2 within your PS5—not the two extra triggers on the back, I mean for R2 and L2, how far you want the specific trigger to go down, each has 3 levels. Apart from those specific adjustment levels, on the back there are also 2 additional extra triggers, as I mentioned before, where you can assign specific actions in a game to make things more convenient. For example, personally in BF6, I have set the back triggers to crouch and jump. In motorsports, I have set the back triggers to shift up and down. I also noticed differences in FC26 with the RS and LS settings, how players cut with the ball or even without it, even in passes and shots! It charges quickly and the reason is unfortunately... because it has a very small battery, 1000 mAh if I remember correctly... And it doesn’t last long for someone who plays wirelessly, that’s the only negative. If you play with a cable, you get better response, especially online. It comes with a 2-meter cable and an adapter that secures the cable to the controller so it doesn’t come off. It has a very high-quality carrying case, inside which are 4 extra back triggers with different shapes depending on what suits each person, and 6 analog sticks of different heights, adapter, and cable. The RS and LS, which in the regular ones have the permanent drift problem after a while... and I had to open them for replacement, on the Edge they are changed very easily. Be careful, you don’t easily find RS and LS for replacement in the market—I got them for emergencies... from abroad because I couldn’t find them here! From abroad, I also found and bought beautiful plastic parts with designs and colors, triggers, and most importantly a bigger battery of 2000 mAh, and it makes a difference! It could be cheaper, its price is a bit steep at €199, which is what I paid.
