They definitely need to update the app and give the option to see the location live while in motion. DEFINITELY.
Δεν δείχνει live το στίγμα σου που σημαίνει ότι αν στην κλέψουν και θέλεις να ακολουθήσεις τον κλέφτη πρέπει να κάνεις μόνος σου ανανέωση να δεις πού πάει το στίγμα η οποία ανανέωση καθυστερεί οικτρά. Εξού και η δωρεάν συνδρομή. Παρόλα αυτά ναι σου δείχνει το στίγμα σου το οποίο στίγμα ορισμένες φορές δεν έχει σωστή ακρίβεια.
Πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να ενημερώσουν την εφαρμογή και να δώσουν τη δυνατότητα να μπορείς να βλέπεις live το στίγμα εν κίνηση. ΟΠΩΣΔΗΠΟΤΕ.
It works when it wants to and if it wants to. There have been times when I forgot the immobilizer at home and left for work. While I was already 15 minutes on the road (obviously I had already driven many kilometers), I received the first notification that there MIGHT be an attempt to tamper with the bike. That was the last one, even though I was on a 45-minute route. When I contacted the company's support, they asked me if I had noticed such behavior before and I said yes. They informed me that they would check the unit (remotely). They sent me a second email saying that from their side the unit seemed fine and if I noticed similar behavior again, I should contact them again. Instead of finding a solution for me, they told me that everything looks fine on their end and that they can't do anything (instead of offering a replacement, for example?!). So I told them that they are unprofessional and that I won't wait for my bike to be stolen to see if the alarm works. They even got offended and still didn't find a solution. If you want an alarm that works 5 out of 10 times and has some extras in the app like best performance, lean angle, etc., what can I say, go ahead and get it. As for me, I wouldn't buy even a sticker from this company. (In between there were more emails like 'are you sure the area you are in has signal' etc. (downtown Athens...) I just don't write everything so as not to tire you out)
Δουλεύει όταν θέλει και αν θέλει. Έχει τύχει να έχω ξεχάσει το immobilizer στο σπίτι και να φύγω για δουλειά. Ενώ ήμουν ήδη 15 λεπτά στο δρόμο (προφανώς είχα κάνει κ πολλά χλμ) ήρθε η πρώτη ειδοποίηση ότι ΙΣΩΣ να υπάρχει κάποια προσπάθεια παραβίασης της μηχανής. Αυτή ήταν και η τελευταία ενώ έκανα διαδρομή 45 λεπτών. Όταν έστειλα στο support της εταιρείας με ρώτησαν αν έχω ξαναπαρατηρησει τέτοια συμπεριφορά και τους είπα ναι. Με ενημέρωσαν ότι θα κάνουν έλεγχο στη μονάδα (εξ αποστάσεως). Μου στέλνουν 2ρο μέιλ ότι η μονάδα από πλευράς τους φαίνεται εντάξει και αν ξαναπαρατηρησω παρόμοια συμπεριφορά να ξαναστείλω. Αντί να μου βρουν μια λύση μου λένε ότι εκείνοι το βλέπουν κομπλέ από τη δική τους πλευρά και ότι δε μπορούν να κάνουν κάτι (αντί να μου κάνουν αντικατάσταση ας πούμε ;!;!;!). τους λέω λοιπόν ότι είναι αντί επαγγελματίες και ότι δε θα περιμένω εγώ να μου κλέψουν τη μηχανή για να δω αν δουλεύει ο συναγερμός. παρεξηγήθηκαν κιόλας και λύση δε βρήκαν. Αν θέλετε ένα συναγερμό που δουλεύει 5 στις 10 φορές και έχει μερικά έξτρα μέσα στην εφαρμογή όπως best performance, lean angle κλπ τι να πω πάρτε το. εγώ από τη συγκεκριμένη εταιρία δε θα αγόραζα ούτε αυτοκόλλητο. (ενδιάμεσα υπήρχαν κιαλλα μέιλ όπως του είστε σίγουρος ότι πιάνει σήμα η περιοχή που βρίσκεστε κλπ (κέντρο Αθήνας...) απλά δε τα γράφω όλα για να μη κουράσω)
I have installed it for about 15 days now. I expected it would send you a message to your phone even with a slight movement of the motorcycle since it has the necessary sensors, but it doesn't. It sends me a notification that the motorcycle has moved when it has already reached the next street, however, during the day, sometimes it was quicker in notifying me that there was unauthorized movement. Also, it does not show you the live location of the motorcycle's movement, but sends a location every few minutes. This means that if it is stolen, you will not be able to follow it directly but will have to wait for them to stop somewhere to catch up. (I am not interested in the other systems it has that have to do with the performance of the motorcycle and the rider, so I did not mention them) also, it does not have an internal battery, which means that as soon as it is disconnected from the battery it stops working

Μου στέλνει ειδοποίηση ότι η μηχανή έχει μετακινηθεί όταν ήδη έχει φτάσει στο επόμενο στενό , ωστόσο στην πορεία της ημέρας κάποιες φορές ήταν ποιο σβέλτο στις ειδοποιήσεις ότι υπάρχει μετακίνηση χωρίς εξουσιοδότηση. Επίσης δεν σου δείχνει live το στίγμα μετακίνηση της μηχανής , αλλά στέλνει στίγμα ανά κάποια λεπτά . Αυτό σημαίνει ότι εάν κλαπεί δεν θα μπορείς να την ακολουθήσεις απευθείας αλλά θα πρέπει κάπου να σταματήσουν για να τοὺς προλάβεις. ( δεν με ενδιαφέρουν τα υπόλοιπα συστήματα που έχει που έχουν να κάνουν με την απόδοση της μηχανής και του οδηγού για αυτό και δεν αναφέρθηκα ) επίσης δεν έχει εσωτερική μπαταρία , που σημαίνει ότι μόλις αποσυνδεθεί από την μπαταρία σταματάει να λειτουργεί
You can't really call it a whiz at tracking the bike. Sometimes it knows where you left the motorcycle and other times it just... doesn't remember. If this isn't 100% successful, it's not a solid investment.

Instead of finding a solution for me, they told me that everything looks fine on their end and that they can't do anything (instead of offering a replacement, for example?!). So I told them that they are unprofessional and that I won't wait for my bike to be stolen to see if the alarm works. They even got offended and still didn't find a solution. If you want an alarm that works 5 out of 10 times and has some extras in the app like best performance, lean angle, etc., what can I say, go ahead and get it. As for me, I wouldn't buy even a sticker from this company. (In between there were more emails like 'are you sure the area you are in has signal' etc. (downtown Athens...) I just don't write everything so as not to tire you out)

Αυτή ήταν και η τελευταία ενώ έκανα διαδρομή 45 λεπτών. Όταν έστειλα στο support της εταιρείας με ρώτησαν αν έχω ξαναπαρατηρησει τέτοια συμπεριφορά και τους είπα ναι. Με ενημέρωσαν ότι θα κάνουν έλεγχο στη μονάδα (εξ αποστάσεως). Μου στέλνουν 2ρο μέιλ ότι η μονάδα από πλευράς τους φαίνεται εντάξει και αν ξαναπαρατηρησω παρόμοια συμπεριφορά να ξαναστείλω. Αντί να μου βρουν μια λύση μου λένε ότι εκείνοι το βλέπουν κομπλέ από τη δική τους πλευρά και ότι δε μπορούν να κάνουν κάτι (αντί να μου κάνουν αντικατάσταση ας πούμε ;!;!;!). τους λέω λοιπόν ότι είναι αντί επαγγελματίες και ότι δε θα περιμένω εγώ να μου κλέψουν τη μηχανή για να δω αν δουλεύει ο συναγερμός. παρεξηγήθηκαν κιόλας και λύση δε βρήκαν. Αν θέλετε ένα συναγερμό που δουλεύει 5 στις 10 φορές και έχει μερικά έξτρα μέσα στην εφαρμογή όπως best performance, lean angle κλπ τι να πω πάρτε το. εγώ από τη συγκεκριμένη εταιρία δε θα αγόραζα ούτε αυτοκόλλητο. (ενδιάμεσα υπήρχαν κιαλλα μέιλ όπως του είστε σίγουρος ότι πιάνει σήμα η περιοχή που βρίσκεστε κλπ (κέντρο Αθήνας...) απλά δε τα γράφω όλα για να μη κουράσω)
I have installed it for about 15 days now. I expected it would send you a message to your phone even with a slight movement of the motorcycle since it has the necessary sensors, but it doesn't. It sends me a notification that the motorcycle has moved when it has already reached the next street, however, during the day, sometimes it was quicker in notifying me that there was unauthorized movement. Also, it does not show you the live location of the motorcycle's movement, but sends a location every few minutes. This means that if it is stolen, you will not be able to follow it directly but will have to wait for them to stop somewhere to catch up. (I am not interested in the other systems it has that have to do with the performance of the motorcycle and the rider, so I did not mention them) also, it does not have an internal battery, which means that as soon as it is disconnected from the battery it stops working
Το έχω εγκαταστήσει εδώ και περίπου 15 μέρες . Περίμενα ότι θα σου στέλνει μήνυμα στο κινητό ακόμη και με ένα κούνημα της μηχανής μιας και έχει τους απαραίτητους αισθητήρες , αλλά δεν. Μου στέλνει ειδοποίηση ότι η μηχανή έχει μετακινηθεί όταν ήδη έχει φτάσει στο επόμενο στενό , ωστόσο στην πορεία της ημέρας κάποιες φορές ήταν ποιο σβέλτο στις ειδοποιήσεις ότι υπάρχει μετακίνηση χωρίς εξουσιοδότηση. Επίσης δεν σου δείχνει live το στίγμα μετακίνηση της μηχανής , αλλά στέλνει στίγμα ανά κάποια λεπτά . Αυτό σημαίνει ότι εάν κλαπεί δεν θα μπορείς να την ακολουθήσεις απευθείας αλλά θα πρέπει κάπου να σταματήσουν για να τοὺς προλάβεις. ( δεν με ενδιαφέρουν τα υπόλοιπα συστήματα που έχει που έχουν να κάνουν με την απόδοση της μηχανής και του οδηγού για αυτό και δεν αναφέρθηκα ) επίσης δεν έχει εσωτερική μπαταρία , που σημαίνει ότι μόλις αποσυνδεθεί από την μπαταρία σταματάει να λειτουργεί
You can't really call it a whiz at tracking the bike. Sometimes it knows where you left the motorcycle and other times it just... doesn't remember. If this isn't 100% successful, it's not a solid investment.
δε το λες και ξεφτέρι στη παρακολούθηση της μοτό. Άλλες φορές ξέρει που άφησες τη μηχανή και άλλες δε .... θυμάται. Αν αυτό δεν είναι επιτυχές 100% δεν είναι δοβαρή επένδυση.
