The Air Zoom unit in your heel offers support and a lightweight feel throughout the game.
Traction and Flexibility The fishbone-shaped traction pattern is made from a new rubber compound, which is lighter than previous Vapors. It allows you to brake, push off, and return to your position without feeling like your movements are rounded.
Less Weight We reintroduced the rigid plastic piece in the midfoot of the shoe, like in previous Vapors, for optimal stability and smooth transitions in lateral movements. This supportive element allowed us to remove the rubber from the midfoot, thereby reducing the overall weight of the shoe.
Power Transfer A stable frame wraps around the midsole and extends from the heel to the toes, providing greater security. It helps you have the stability you need to transfer your power during intense cuts, slices, and pivots.
Lightweight Upper We reduced the weight of the specially engineered mesh material while maintaining durability in high-wear areas, such as the toes. The full-fit band under your midfoot lets you tighten the laces more for a better fit and quicker direction changes.
The foam in the midsole between the plastic and the rubber (which was not present in the Vapor 11) helps you stay light on your feet.
