Grilling as we know it has changed! The Sigma 2 Cook Barbecue Griddle with a cooking lid does all that and opens the door to endless cooking varieties. Continue to use the griddle in the traditional way with the lid on, which is ideal for grilled foods such as fish, seafood, vegetables, fruits, diced foods, eggs, and pancakes, etc. Or close the lid and open up a new gastronomic experience with meals that until now were cooked on a barbecue or in the kitchen oven. Meals such as roasted meats, roast lamb, roast chicken, rack of lamb are now possible to cook on a grill using the indirect cooking method. Why stop here, the grill cooking lid also allows you to bake everything from casseroles to cakes and even smaller treats like cookies, the possibilities are endless.
