The ACV D-42xty001-0 steering wheel control adapter connects the steering wheel controls to a head unit in compatible Toyota vehicles. It is designed for vehicles with a factory Matsushita or Fujitsu Ten head unit and without a factory amplified JBL, JBL Synthesis or Mark Levinson sound system.

For vehicles with an 18-pin CN 700 LAN connector, the 8-pin CN 800 steering wheel control plug must have the following connections: pin 6 for SWC GND, pin 7 for SWC 1 and pin 8 for SWC 2. Vehicles with steering wheel controls like those shown in the photo are not supported.
