Tsukimi Kurashita has a strange obsession with jellyfish. She has loved them since a young age, and this love follows her into her new life in the big city of Tokyo. There, she resides in Amamizukan, a refuge for geek girls who are excited about a variety of topics, from trains to Japanese dolls. However, a chance encounter in a pet store brings Tsukimi in contact with one of the things that the residents of Amamizukan desperately try to avoid: a stylish socialite.
