Owner of 2 other pro controllers, I can say after two days of adjustment this is the best. For those who find it big and can't reach the back buttons well, use your index fingers on R2 L2, and then your ring fingers for the buttons. Rest your middle fingers between the two and you'll see a crazy difference and comfort. I used to use R1 L1 for shooters, which felt strange at first, but I got used to it and now it's even better. Also, if anyone has an issue with icue, enable hardware mapping and don't open the program at all, and it's solved
