    I have used it only 2 times over a period of two weeks.
    I dry my hair a little with a towel and wrap it with a bag and then wrap it again with a towel to keep some heat. I leave it on longer than it says (at least 30-40 minutes) and then rinse.
    Maybe it's still early to see the full results but my hair is already incredibly soft and shiny. I will continue gradually using the whole package, both for hydration after summer baths and because I am trying to grow my hair longer, so I want to delay cutting it as much as possible.
