Claire Georgelli was born in Athens in 1977. She studied "Typography & Graphic Communication" at the University of Reading in England, with a particular interest in typography for children and children's illustration. She has written and illustrated several children's books, some of which have received significant distinctions (such as White Ravens, Public Awards, and EVGE). She is the founder of the creative agency "polkadot design" and the collage technique is one of her favorites.
