The ROG Strix power supplies combine high-tech cooling and high-quality components for an ultra-quiet, high-performance product aimed at core gamers. In terms of cooling, the massive ROG heatsinks are derived from the powerful ROG Thor series, and the Axial-tech fan design from our top NVIDIA RTX™ graphics cards also makes an appearance. Beneath the surface, low RDS (on) MOSFETs and top Japanese capacitors take on power delivery with ease. The integrated ROG heatsinks have twice the volume of traditional designs, resulting in significantly lower temperatures inside the Strix power supplies. This extends the lifespan of the components and allows for 0dB operation for longer periods than standard designs. The heatsinks are so effective that the fan noise remains silent, even under full load.

Initially the result of Research and Development efforts for top ROG graphics cards, the Axial-tech fan design features a smaller fan hub that allows for longer blades and a barrier ring that increases downward air pressure.
