Description

EMS FORCE® Super Glue 809 is a general-purpose, medium viscosity, ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive. It perfectly bonds semi-absorbent and slightly rough surfaces.

Features:

  • Quickly penetrates even the smallest gaps.
  • Suitable for working with filler materials.
  • Can form a bond with reduced flexibility.
  • Excellent resistance to many solvents.
  • Very low viscosity.

Application:

  • Manufacturing of shoes, bags, leather, furniture, household appliances, cars, electronics, casting, modeling, plastic products, advertisements, toys, stationery, and textiles.
  • Substrates: EPDM, PVC, PMMA, ABS, rubber, vinyl, metal, ceramic, glass, wood, cork, paper, carpet, etc., and their combinations.

Usage:

  • Ensure parts are clean, dry, and free from oils and greases.

Note:

  • Remove the cap and apply a small amount of EMS FORCE® Super Glue to one surface.
  • Setting time may vary depending on the amount of glue and the type of surface being bonded.
  • Allow the glue to penetrate gaps or cracks.
  • Press the two surfaces together for about 10-60 seconds.
  • Wait 24 hours for full bonding.
