I got it to cut down on sugar in my coffee... the alteration in the taste of coffee is noticeable (you can tell but it might not bother some people much) I also put it in rocket/lettuce salad and it was nice but even plain to eat if you have hypoglycemia (because you shouldn't eat sweet then it is equally tasty)... the only negative is that to reach my own standards I put a lot of dose and it will not save me money compared to regular sugar because I drink 3 to 4 coffees a day (also good in tea but it requires a lot of quantity)
