They are very good. The sole is supportive and follows the foot, the toes have space to move but the shoe is tight enough that it is not flying off when you walk. It's quiet so I do not disturb my neighbors and it is reasonably warm (time will tell if it is suitable for summer) - My only complaint is that it will be a little difficult to clean, I would have liked a removable insole for cleaning.
