Review this product
  • I will mainly focus on its taste, which does not resemble the classic cod liver oil but is pleasant, without an unpleasant aftertaste. In the past, I had thrown away a syrup that, in order to drink it, you would need to have some dessert afterwards, but even then the smell would come up from the stomach.

I have searched a lot for fatty acids in liquid form. So, the first thing you look at is purity because most fish are contaminated with toxins, even if they advertise clean waters around Norway, etc. The second is the production method. So, I concluded that the best cod liver oil currently on the market, based on studies, is Rozita’s in liquid form—expensive but thoroughly checked. Close and comparable is Enerzona, but both cost around 50 euros. Looking for something cheaper and not Möller's, I found Lysi, Icelandic, with purity control and a good production method. I was very satisfied; with cash on delivery, it comes to 23 euros. I bought it several times and I highly recommend it.
