Description & Specifications

The Musicland BG-A014 - Basic Bundle is a complete, handcrafted traditional baglamas package, ideal for students and lovers of string instruments. Made with a carved body from poplar and a top made of solid Greek spruce, it offers an exceptionally strong, sweet, and penetrating sound. The instrument is delivered fully set up by Musicland's specialized workshop, ensuring low string action and excellent playability. The package includes all the necessary accessories, such as a soft carrying case, tuner, and picks, and comes with a 3-year warranty.

Handmade Construction & Premium Materials

The Musicland BG-A014 baglamas stands out for its traditional construction from selected and seasoned woods, ensuring great stability and durability over time without the risk of warping. The body is made of poplar, the neck of durable beech, while the fingerboard is made of wenge. The top, made of solid Greek spruce, gives the instrument excellent sound projection, rich frequencies, and the traditional sweet character that every musician seeks.

Professional Setup & Ease of Play

Each instrument is thoroughly inspected and adjusted in the Musicland workshops before being shipped. The string height (action), as well as the nut and bridge, have been set to the ideal point so that the instrument is completely comfortable and easy to play, even for beginners. With a scale length of 36 cm, an overall length of 54.5 cm, and 24 frets, it offers precise tonal response across the entire range of the fingerboard.

Complete Basic Bundle Accessories Package

Along with the handmade baglamas, you will receive a protective soft case for safe transport, a digital tuner for easy and accurate tuning, as well as picks. It is the most complete and cost-effective purchase option, offering an excellent balance of price and quality.

Precision Tuning Mechanisms

To ensure stable tuning during rehearsals or performances, the baglamas is equipped with precision nickel tuning pegs featuring elegant white buttons. Their smooth rotation allows precise fine adjustments, while their sturdy construction holds the string tension, offering reliability and comfort during use.

Traditional Proportions & Aesthetics

Designed according to authentic traditional specifications, the baglamas features a body width of 11.5 cm and a depth of 9 cm.
