Description

Ceramic knife sharpener with 2 types of grit, brand Zokura. The ceramic sharpener is much harder and has a longer lifespan than conventional stones. The ceramic sharpener features 2 types of grit:

  • Coarse 1000 (for very worn or damaged blades);
  • Fine 400 (for sharpening finish).

Before use, soak the stone in water for 3 minutes and place it on a base. Repeat this process if the stone has not been used for more than 2 days. Place the knife blade on the stone, maintaining an angle of 15-30° between the blade and the surface of the stone. After use, clean the surface of the stone with water and let it dry in a well-ventilated area.
