Steinmetz dedicated a decade to documenting food production in more than 36 countries and 6 continents. Through stunning aerial photographs, he captures the gigantic scale of 21st-century agriculture that has shaped 40% of the Earth's surface. He explores the cultivation of staple foods such as wheat and rice, the cultivation of vegetables and fruits, fishing and aquaculture, as well as meat production.
