MACROSS -Shooting Insight- is a new arcade-style, multidimensional shoot 'em up originating from the well-known anime series Macross, officially released for PlayStation 4 (also compatible with PS5). The game's story is completely original, where themes of space unity bring together pilots and singers from different eras to save the universe. Players will navigate various types of shoot 'em up stages: horizontal, vertical, and 360° rotational, along with enhancement systems using preset songs (or Diva Songs) that provide real-time buffs/debuffs (e.g., increased firepower, reduced enemy projectile speed).
