The V5 Slicer – Mandoline is the ideal solution for speed and a variety of cutting options for fruits and vegetables.
You can quickly prepare recipes with vegetables sliced at the following thicknesses:

Perfect for moussaka, ratatouille, or potato gratin. It cuts very thin slices for tomato carpaccio and perfectly shreds cabbage for coleslaw.
With the Cutting Inserts featuring 3.5mm and 7mm blades, you can cut into sticks or cubes of small or large size, suitable for soups, stir-fries, or salads.
Selecting the cutting thickness is easy by pressing the button on the side of the Slicer. The safety position isolates the blades when not in use.
The Safety Handle is included to protect your hands, along with a Storage Case for the safe storage of the Cutting Inserts.
