The Vital Pro Kitchen Mandoline offers the ability to cut fruits and vegetables in various sizes. Specifically, it slices in 4 thicknesses (1.2 mm, 2.8 mm, 5 mm, and 7 mm), cuts into sticks and cubes in 2 sizes, as well as grating and cutting into julienne strips.

You can easily select the cutting thickness using the button on the side of the Mandoline, while the blades can be isolated for safe storage. The Mandoline comes with interchangeable cutting inserts for sticks and cubes, ideal for a variety of recipes.

The marinating roller distributes dressing while you cut, saving time and applying the right amount to your vegetables. The included grater makes it easy to grate cheese, chocolate, and vegetables.
