The story follows Anna and Tom, a young couple of digital nomads living in Berlin. Their daily life includes refined food, progressive political views, sexual experimentation, and endless parties. However, as their friends return to their homeland, have children, and mature, their "perfect" life begins to seem monotonous and their balance fragile. Their superficial activist stance is limited to small acts, such as boycotting Uber or avoiding the consumption of tuna. Behind the flawless photos they post on social media, their life resembles a gilded cage. In search of authenticity and purpose, they take increasingly radical steps.
