After an accident, this information can be quickly accessed by the person providing assistance. Just scan the data with a smartphone to access your medical profile, insurance information, and emergency contacts.
Additionally, twICEme precisely determines the coordinates of the incident location. In the app, you can specify what data you want to share through the chip. The technology is based on near-field communication, or NFC. The radio frequency standard works thanks to an antenna found in almost every modern smartphone. In other words, twICEme uses a solution similar to the well-known BLIK.
The MIPS system disperses the energy generated by impacts. The helmet shell moves in relation to the inner lining, as the cyclist can be at various angles when hitting a hard surface. At the moment of impact, it shifts, reducing the shocks that reach the head.
