The Borner V5 Powerline Pro mandoline slices fruit and vegetables to different thicknesses, and cuts them into sticks or cubes. Adjust the thickness using the side button, and use the safety position to cover the blades when the mandoline is not in use.

The safety holder grips the fruit or vegetable while cutting and protects your hands from the blades. The protective case stores the cutting inserts, while the organiser brings the accessories together for storage. The accessories can be rinsed under running water.
