The Borner Multi peeler set includes a straight peeler with a serrated blade, a Y-shaped peeler with straight and grooved blades, and a detachable handle. The straight peeler removes only the necessary thickness of peel from thin-skinned vegetables, while the straight blade on the Y-shaped peeler is used for peeling and slicing into thin pieces. The grooved blade cuts vegetables into thin strips, such as courgettes or carrots.

The handle clicks onto the cutting attachments and can be switched between them. Both peelers have a side notch for removing brown spots from vegetables or potato eyes.
