The Relaxdays bamboo steamer basket has two tiers and can be used over a pot with a rim diameter of up to 19 cm or inside a wok. It is suitable for traditionally cooking rice, especially sticky rice, as well as vegetables, fish, wontons and dim sum. Steaming uses little fat and preserves the food’s flavour.
The cotton cloths prevent rice grains from falling through the basket. Food can be served directly from it, and the basket can be cleaned under running water.
