Application method:

• The surfaces to be bonded must be dry, clean from dust, dirt, grease, and other substances that reduce adhesive adhesion. Surfaces should be cleaned with acetone, alcohol, or a mild degreasing solvent.
• The FIX 120 kg tape should be applied to the underside of the object to be bonded. Avoid contact of your hand with the adhesive, as this contact reduces the tape's adhesion.
• Remove the red protective film.
• Press the object firmly onto the bonded surface. Avoid trapping air bubbles between the tape and the bonded surface.
• Sensitive surfaces may be damaged when removing the tape.
• Full strength is achieved after 24 hours.
• The best adhesion is achieved when bonding smooth surfaces (10 mm thick or when placing objects on non-metal surfaces). The maximum adhesive bonding strength may also be reduced at high temperatures.
