The multi-cutter head helps prevent jamming and snagging when striking reinforcing bars. The heat-treated flute features a wear mark to assess whether the drill bit is suitable for anchor installation.

The thinner, lighter flute makes drilling easier and helps increase speed, while the head design and flute enhance wear resistance and service life. It is used to drill holes in concrete, masonry, brick and limestone, including for installing chemical or mechanical anchors and reinforcing bars with Hilti injectable bonding mortar.
