The KDF NW.1013 shower water filter filters water using KDF media, which helps remove heavy metals, chlorine, and Zn2+, Hg2+, Cu2+, and Cd2+ ions. It also contains activated carbon to remove chlorine and odors, as well as sediment such as soil and impurities from the water supply.
It connects directly to the shower water supply, between the hose and the showerhead, or to a more central water supply line in the bathroom. The filter lasts for up to 7,000 liters of water or 6 months, and the replacement cartridge can be changed.
