The Plameca Tribiotic food supplement combines the probiotics Bacillus clausii, Bacillus coagulans and Bacillus subtilis with butyric acid and fructooligosaccharides (FOS). It is intended to support the gut microbiome during and after antibiotic use, as well as for gastrointestinal discomfort associated with irritable bowel syndrome.

Each three-layer tablet contains a total of 35 billion CFU of probiotics, along with calcium. Its formula also provides 28 mg of butyric acid and 75 mg of FOS per daily dose.
