The book had a lot of potential, but unfortunately I lost interest rather early. The introduction is particularly extensive, and when the flashback to the past begins, the story loses the momentum and excitement that had been created at the start. If it had followed a more natural chronological flow, perhaps the plot development would have been more balanced and interesting. The dialogues in several parts seemed monotonous to me and the action was scarce for the standards of the genre.
