Vivechrom Aquaxyl Active 501 wood preservative is a water-based impregnating varnish for interior and exterior wooden surfaces. It penetrates the wood and forms a thin, flexible, water-repellent film that enhances the wood grain while allowing the wood to breathe. It protects the varnish film against mould and fungi, as well as ultraviolet radiation from the sun.
Suitable for new or unpainted surfaces, such as doors, windows, window frames, ceilings, timber cladding, sheds, pergolas and fences. The flexible film moves with the wood as it contracts and expands without peeling or cracking. It has a low odour and a matt finish.
