I bought these specific bulbs in May 2018 along with H1 bulbs of the same category for my car after a lot of research on the meaning of "night breaker laser" and whether it really delivers the promised +150% mentioned on the packaging. I purchased them from abroad as a package deal with other bulbs to replace all the bulbs in my headlights.

So today, I am here to evaluate them after almost 3 years:
Initially, they did what they promised with the +150% and +20% whiter light. Indeed, it is slightly whiter than the traditional yellow (I would say somewhere around 4300K to 4500K). As for the +150%, I wouldn't say it's that much. From my perspective, it seems less effective on dark roads. It doesn't blind anyone, regardless of the "night breaker laser" label that makes you think it turns night into day (which is funny)... Over time, they start to become more yellow, so they lose the +20% and gradually the +150% they promise. It's like having the traditional yellow bulbs again. I haven't seen much difference since the beginning until now, as long as I still have them.

In terms of durability, I would say they last quite well depending on how you use them. The only downside is that in rainy weather, especially when it's dark or with very low road lighting, the light is somewhat diminished, making visibility a bit more difficult. However, under normal conditions, there is no issue.

I would buy them again, although I am considering switching to the other Osram bulbs with the code name "cool blue boost" just to see the difference. I will come back for a review of them.

In December 2019, I replaced the previous generation Osram bulbs that I had installed when I bought my car (Volvo S60 2012) with these enhanced ones. Exactly seven years later, simply because one of those bulbs burned out.
The difference is not very noticeable, at least in brightness, but they are definitely less yellow. However, if you don't see both pairs lighting up at the same time under the same conditions, you can never compare them with certainty! The impression they give me, especially on dark country roads, is the relatively greater range of the new bulbs. The headlights of my car remain unchanged due to parking only in the shade of a porch. They may not be LED or Xenon, but I can see very well and clearly (I am 55 years old with all that implies for my age - presbyopia and astigmatism only).
As for the high beams, I cannot know if I bother oncoming drivers because I make sure not to blind them on straight or curved roads.
However, the driving lights definitely do not bother, as I do not receive negative reactions and the alignment of the lights has been stable so far (I have never had a crash that would cause them to lose their factory adjustment).
In a few years, if I still have the same car and none of the bulbs have burned out, then I will only consider upgrading to the new generation of bulbs.

I am coming back after a few months (23/12/2020), unfortunately one bulb died after 10 months and 17,000 kilometers. I am completely dissatisfied with its lifespan. If I compare it to the regular bulbs of the same brand, they have 1/6 of the lifespan. The manufacturer claims it is 1/2 of the regular bulbs. That's what I saw and got convinced to buy them. The other features are fine. They just aren't worth the money I spent. I won't buy them again. Maybe I got a defective product, but even so, I won't buy this product again for testing. I will replace them with a different brand.

I replaced the regular OSRAM bulbs that I had for many years with the OSRAM H7 12V 55W NIGHT BREAKER LASER +150%. After several years and kilometers with regular bulbs, I decided to get something better. I haven't decided on LED or xenon yet since my car's headlights are not suitable for that type. I don't want to become like those who curse when they are in front of me!

Regarding the bulbs now, the NIGHT BREAKER LASER ones are naturally much better than the regular ones in terms of color, as the classic yellow color in the headlights and on the road is gone. I'm not saying they have the pure white of LEDs, but you can easily notice the difference. Their intensity is better, but I can't confirm if it's what they promise. However, they illuminate very well. I haven't tested them on a dark road without lighting, where their difference will be evident. They are much better on a road with lighting.

As for the lifespan, I don't have an opinion yet. The manufacturer simply states that they have half the lifespan of the regular bulbs. If I calculate that my regular bulbs lasted 4 years (100,000 km), I hope these will last me 2 years. I bought them knowing this.

When I have something new, I will come back...
