Good idea, but as an implementation it did not help from the start, I did not have the ability to bolt it to concrete, but with 20 kilos added to its base, with the first punches and the first swings of the bag the base was moving intensely, at the next strong punch the base leans forward, which is quite dangerous. The test was done with a 50-kilo bag (max limit 65 kg is stated) - I would suggest that it be bolted to concrete + adding kilos to its base, otherwise I would not recommend it
