It does a serious job as it traps "mud" that the water contains (especially in the countryside), salts, and particles that escape from the net and the cleaning done by the user.
I have it on the INTEX C1000 pump.

Note: On the first fill of your pool, especially if you are outside Athens, change the filter after 1-2 days of full use of the pump/filter. You will have collected the "bulk" with the initial filter and then you will keep your pool much cleaner with the new one as it will clean the recirculated water. The cost of €3 allows for this move and the recommendation for a change every 2 weeks still applies.

I will return with an update, to show you how it was after 2 weeks of use (without changing after the fill) and whether my attempt to clean the filter with a brush, water, and then soaking in vinegar was successful.

I have been using these specific filters for several years without any problems. They are also cost-effective because they can be cleaned and reused 4-5 times
