Nuki Smart Lock Pro

The Smart Lock Pro is the most advanced smart lock from Nuki. Control your lock remotely via your mobile phone or smartwatch, or use the Auto Unlock feature for a fully automated experience.

The advanced brushless motor offers exceptionally fast locking and unlocking speeds. The Nuki Pro features a sleek stainless steel body and comes with both a black and a white ring for two aesthetic options. Installation is done without any modifications or adjustments, simply placing it inside the door over the existing cylinder.

The Nuki Pro has built-in Wi-Fi and supports Matter over Thread for easy integration with smart home systems such as Google Home, Apple Home, Amazon Alexa, and Homey.

The battery fully charges in two hours and lasts four to nine months depending on usage, with the ability to charge while mounted or off the door.

With the Nuki app, you can:

  • Assign up to 200 access permissions
  • Check the Activity History
  • Use automation features such as Auto Unlock, Lock ‘n Go, and Night Mode

The Nuki Smart Lock Pro has three different locking/unlocking speed modes:

  • Insane: Lock/unlock in under 1.5 seconds

    I bought the 2.0 three years ago. Because the lock I had was not compatible with it, I ended up keeping it in the box. I put it unused in a new house and it broke immediately. The problem is mentioned on YouTube with a solution. It is common, as they say. The dealership didn't even listen to me when I told them I would send them the video. Eventually, after weeks and after they ignored me completely, I called them and they told me that the company does not send them spare parts. When they realized this, they couldn't even make a phone call. I had to do it myself :). Meanwhile, the spare part is a small motor. The classic one we used to make small fans. The mother company in Austria, of course, initially suggested that I buy the new one with a 40% discount. They don't even bother to listen to you. They ask you some formal questions that you know will lead to "when did you buy the item". Don't get involved. Get another brand
