These are my favorite vitamins, as you really feel the difference in energy and the boost to your body.

!!However!!, you should know that the tablets are quite large in size.

Personally, it doesn't bother me, as it's logical since they contain a large amount of ingredients, but they are definitely not for everyone!!

If you have difficulty swallowing pills, you might find them quite challenging. For me though, their effectiveness outweighs this small drawback.

Unfortunately, I didn't see the negative reviews. It's impossible for a person to swallow them and I almost choked when I cut the pill in half and half of it got stuck in my throat. Also, from the very first pill I noticed, as others did, that my urine was colored. The third pill I just took is the last one. What a waste of money

I noticed that on the days I was taking it {with quite some difficulty due to the size of the pill} my urine was bright yellow as if I was swallowing yellow paint, I also felt some hyperactivity which worried me and I stopped taking them.

The best multivitamin I have ever tried. More energy during the day and an unbearable back pain I had also went away. Although the tablet is large and I really don't like taking pills, I have no problem swallowing it. I just stop eating a bit before I finish my meal (so I have a bite left for after the pill), put the pill in my mouth, moisten it all around, and with water it goes down very easily. The coating on the pill, when it comes into contact with water, makes it slide down. Now, if someone puts the pill in a dry mouth and immediately drinks water, the coating may not have time to hydrate in some spots and it may be easier for it to "stick" in the throat. It's best to take it with a meal.

1 star only for their size, which looks more like a suppository than a pill.
If you cut it in half, it badly irritates the throat.
If you crush it into powder, it has a terrible taste, but you say OK, it's a vitamin, you didn't buy it for the taste.
I won't judge its effectiveness because I couldn't stand it and threw them away after about 10 days.

Very good multivitamin for daily support, especially if you have a demanding schedule. I feel a mild improvement in energy and less fatigue during the day, without it upsetting my stomach. My hair looks a bit stronger after a few weeks, although that takes time. The 60 tablets easily last two months with one per day, so it is quite an economical choice.

The problem is its size, I had to cut it in two and still I have trouble swallowing it, honestly I have never had difficulty taking a capsule in medicine. However, as a product, it is very good.

Skin and hair shine. I can say it also helped with fatigue. I definitely feel better than before. They are worth it and I will choose them again. The only negative is their size. They are not for humans but for horses!

By far the best multivitamin available. It gives you energy all day long. The yellow urine that some mention as a negative is due to the B complex contained in the multivitamin and it is absolutely normal to happen. If you drink a lot of water during the day it won't be yellow, but even so, it's not something negative. The size is indeed an issue for quite a few people. Fortunately, not for me. The best I've ever tried.

The size of the vitamin is a drawback and unfortunately does not go unnoticed. Many attempts to swallow and all of them not in a pleasant way.
If I crush the vitamin, will it possibly lose the integrity/quality of the complexes it offers?

Guys, let me clarify something, I haven't taken these vitamins yet, I just ordered them, but since I read so many comments about the large pill, there is one thing that has helped me swallow large pills and I have to share it. With food, I chew my food normally and just before I swallow, I put the pill in my mouth, cover it with the food, and swallow everything together. So simple and effective. I also want to share another trick I've learned over the years. In the case of a pill, we put the pill in the mouth with a sip of water, tilt our head up so the pill goes near the throat and goes down first with the water when we swallow. In the case of a capsule, we do the opposite because it has air and floats up; we put the capsule in the mouth with water, look down so the capsule goes to the back of the throat, and swallow. I had bought 1 box before. The pill is large and for that reason I used to cut it in half with a knife and take it in 2 doses...

I'm not very sure how much they helped... I did gain some energy of course and my knees definitely didn't hurt (a side effect from the cholesterol pill)... I'll see how it goes now that they're finished and a break is needed...

Guys, I was taking this specific vitamin for 2 consecutive months. I didn’t see any difference at all in my daily life except for an unexplained tension in my head, something like pressure and a feeling of dizziness (I emphasize, just a feeling). For me, it didn’t do what everyone describes. I swim often and my job is active... Also, my urine was fully colored and had a bad smell (which is normal). I will try another company and get back. From me, it’s a no.

Very good, a bit pricey but they do the job and have B complex and large quantities of everything.
Smell in the urine and large size are the negatives, quite big so you could choke if you're not careful or if you swallow it and it sits a bit awkwardly

I didn't see any difference in fatigue or mood, generally it's like I haven't taken anything... you don't expect to take it and feel amazing, but you'd expect to see at least some difference in fatigue or something, but nothing... when it's finished I'll go for something different from this particular brand.

It is the second day since I got it. I am 66 years old and doing heavy work in the winter (cutting wood and splitting) I had reached a point where I couldn't get in or out of the car and walk without doing 5 minutes of warming up. I was desperate!!!

I find myself two days later with an improvement of about 70%!!!! I believe that in a little while I will improve even more!!!!

The size doesn't bother me; if you put the pill in your mouth and drink plenty of water, it goes down easily. The reviews are exaggerated; regarding their effectiveness, I've been taking them for a week since I wake up at 5:30 for work in a factory and in the afternoon I go to the gym. I've noticed a difference in how I wake up and throughout my day; I don't feel the same fatigue as before.

Unfortunately, I didn't have time to assess the effectiveness of the vitamins, which I do not doubt. I had difficulty swallowing them despite the fact that I have never had an issue with pills. However, on the third day, the specific pill got stuck in my throat and wouldn't budge! I had to perform the Heimlich maneuver on myself, and the pill popped out! Of course, I will not continue taking them, and it's a shame about the money I spent. However, the company definitely needs to find another way because something really bad could happen due to the size of the pill.

4 stars because it has a very large size for a capsule and I find it difficult to swallow. Otherwise, a good vitamin and company. I will buy it again.

They are huge pills that scare you to swallow them.
Use water from a bottle, not a glass. Cover the opening with your lips, take a deep breath, and almost without breath swallow the pill in one go. Do you know this technique? That’s how it becomes easy. Otherwise, it’s hard to get it down to the stomach.
Also, it has difficulty opening. You press and twist.
I have it half-open and I’m relieved.

I understand that the size may be difficult for many people, but I swallow them whole without any problem, just with a little water.
The urine will indeed be colored greenish-yellow, so don't be alarmed.
Other than that, only laboratory tests (before and after) can show how much these specific multivitamins helped, but I must admit that I did feel a boost and I don't think it's just my imagination. Oh, I must not forget that I didn't see a comment from anyone else, so it may just have happened to me that I got a defective package because I couldn't open the box with the tablets no matter what. Noticeable difference for me, compared to another multivitamin I was taking (Eviol). The only downside (not for me) is the size of the pill and the yellow urine.

The only downside is that it is huge, it makes you panic until you swallow it. Other than that, it's hard for me to understand if the multivitamin boosts you because I have a very intense lifestyle; I have noticed that my nails don't break as much as before, and this has definitely helped with that
