This collective work sheds light on various aspects and applications of Artificial Intelligence from the perspectives of Law and Informatics, with continuous references to the recent Act on Artificial Intelligence.

Starting with the analysis of the role of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA) in the face of major technological challenges and continuing with the delineation of the dialectical relationship developed by the duo of Artificial Intelligence and Law, the contributions focus on specific interactive aspects, such as Personal Data, Electronic Crime, and Special Applications of Advanced Digital Technologies.
