    It is very comfortable, it relaxes me a lot and at last I can sleep in the correct position. The cover is removable and washable and it is 100% cotton. However, as mentioned in the other reviews, the pillowcase is plain green and not with the design shown in the product photo and description. I placed the order after reading the comments and knowing that it would most likely arrive plain, since it met all the specifications I was looking for and had a very good price; nevertheless, I believe that the photos and description should be corrected because it is misleading.

    I bought this pillow because of lower back pain. It is very good and supportive, soft just enough! It effectively supports the lower back, hips, and pelvic alignment. I have never slept so comfortably before! Beautiful pillowcase with a zipper that comes off and can be washed. Mine did not have the one with the stars from the photo, but a turquoise one. The only drawback is that on hot days someone may sweat, because it hugs the whole body, but this is very minor compared to the support it offers.
